Buneau Cream Verrines
Indulgent verrines with a biscuit base, a whipped mascarpone cream flavored with Buneau spread, and a chocolate topping. Chill for 30 minutes in the refrigerator before serving.
Steps

Crush 80 g of plain biscuits into crumbs.

Mix the crumbs with 40 g of melted butter and press the mixture into the bottoms of the verrine glasses.

Pour in 150 ml of cream, 150 g of mascarpone, and 20 g of powdered sugar, then whip to stiff peaks.

Add the Buneau-flavored spread, fold in gently with a spatula, and divide the cream among the glasses.

Melt some Buneau Cain bars and pour the melted chocolate over the verrines.

Chill the verrines for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
