Recipes you import and publish remain your property. You are solely responsible for respecting third-party rights (including rights of YouTube, TikTok and Instagram creators whose videos you may import). RecetteClic limits itself to structuring the factual information of a recipe (ingredients, steps) — not protected by copyright as such — and systematically credits the original source.

Pursuant to article L. 612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may free of charge request consumer mediation in case of a dispute that could not be resolved directly with us. The competent mediator is:
