Refund policy
How refunds work for a subscription bought via App Store or Google Play.
RecetteClic subscriptions are sold exclusively via the Apple and Google stores. As a result, refunds are handled by these stores according to their own policies.
1Purchases via the App Store (iOS / iPadOS / macOS)
Apple directly handles refunds for purchases made through its store. To request a refund:
- Go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with your Apple ID.
- Select the RecetteClic subscription.
- Choose the reason and follow the instructions.
Apple usually replies within 24 to 48 hours and grants refunds on a case-by-case basis, under its own terms. We have no power to cancel a payment already collected by Apple.
2Purchases via Google Play (Android)
Google Play handles refunds for Android purchases. Applicable policy:
- Any subscription cancelled within 48 hours of purchase is automatically refunded by Google.
- After 48 hours, you can write to hello@recetteclic.app: we pass reasonable requests on to Google.
- For auto-renewals, Google may grant a refund if requested within 48 hours of the charge.

3European right of withdrawal
Pursuant to articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. However, by starting to use the Service (in particular through a first AI import), you request immediate performance of the contract and waive this right (art. L. 221-28, 13°).
If you have used no paid feature during the 14 days, write to hello@recetteclic.app: we review your request and pass it on to Apple or Google.
