Tiramisu
Classic Italian dessert: ladyfingers soaked in coffee and amaretto, layered with a light mascarpone cream, dusted with cocoa. Serve well chilled.
Steps

Whip the egg whites to stiff peaks with the pinch of salt.

Beat the yolks with the sugar until pale and fluffy.

Gradually fold the mascarpone into the beaten yolks.

Gently fold in the whipped egg whites, lifting the mixture.

Mix the warm coffee and amaretto.
- 6
Quickly dip the ladyfingers in the coffee–amaretto mixture and make the first layer in the dish.

Spread a layer of mascarpone cream, then repeat once more (biscuits + cream).

Smooth the top and refrigerate for at least 5 to 6 hours (ideally overnight).
