Boil the eggs in a saucepan for 10 minutes.
10 minMicrowave the baby potatoes for 5 minutes, then continue cooking if necessary until done.
5 minLeave the eggs and potatoes to cool.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into dice.
Halve the cherry tomatoes, finely slice the red onion and dice the pickles.
Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them into quarters.
Mix the skyr, both mustards, pickle juice, chives, salt and pepper to make the dressing.
Divide the potatoes, tomatoes, pickles, red onion and ham between two containers, then add the dressing and mix.
Top each salad with the egg quarters and a little chives.
