Tuna quiche

Tuna quiche on puff pastry, spread with mustard, topped with tomatoes and an egg-and-cream custard, with grated cheese, baked for 35 minutes for a tender, golden finish.

Steps

    Preheat the oven to 180°C.

    Line a tart pan with the puff pastry, prick it, then spread the base with mustard.

    Drain and flake the tuna over the mustard.

    Slice the tomatoes into rounds and arrange them over the tuna.

    Season with black pepper and oregano.

    Beat the eggs with the cream and the remaining mustard.
