Prepare the Bolognese sauce according to its sub-recipe.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Prepare the béchamel according to its sub-recipe.
Oil the bottom of a baking dish, then alternate layers of lasagna sheets, Bolognese sauce, pieces of mozzarella, and béchamel until all the ingredients have been used.
Finish with a layer of béchamel and spread the grated mozzarella over the top.
Bake for 25 minutes, following the cooking time indicated on the pasta package.
