Korean Fried Chicken

Crispy chicken pieces coated in a sweet-salty, spicy glaze (soy, honey, ketchup, sriracha) and sprinkled with sesame. Serve with rice or as an appetizer.

    Cut the chicken breasts into small cubes. Season with salt, white pepper, paprika, and ginger, add the egg yolk, and mix.

    Add the flour and toss to coat all the pieces well.

    Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the chicken pieces until nicely golden, then drain.

    In a pan, add soy sauce, ketchup, garlic powder, honey, sriracha, sweet soy sauce, sesame seeds, and sesame oil. Stir and heat until it just simmers.

    Add the fried chicken to the sauce and toss off the heat to coat. Serve right away.
